Following their respective careers in nursing and home remodeling, Judy & Richard Jennings relocated from Greenville to Brevard, NC, where, beginning in 1994, they planted Joy Outreach Fellowship. Their heart is to reach people with God’s amazing love and see them established in God’s purpose and destiny for their lives. Both Judy & Richard are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center. They have three married children and eleven grandchildren.
